Comets Care: ?Pink Out? to be Held Jan. 22

William Mason High School will host a “Pink Out” for Comets Care on Friday, January 22, 2016 in the Mason Middle School Arena. The event will coincide with the Varsity Boys Basketball Game against the Lakota West Firebirds.

“Pink Out” is sponsored by The Comet Zone and Comet Savings & Loan to bring the community together to raise money for Comets Care, a student-run foundation helping Mason families struggling with illnesses and medical adversities.

The goal is for the entire audience to be decked out in pink at the game, including Mason’s student spirit group, The Black Hole. To do so, 800 Pink Out T-shirts will be sold on the stage, located in the Mason High School large commons, during lunches for $8 (while supplies last). Last year over 850 shirts were sold and more than $6,800 was raised for Comets Care.

The Comet Zone and Comet Savings & Loan would like to thank the following companies for their generous donations to the 2016 Pink Out:  West Chester Orthodontics, People’s First, Hartlaub Tax, Evolve Bank and Trust and Sibcy Cline Realtors.
