Want to view your child's Homeroom Assignment (for
grades 1-8), School Bus Route, Lunch
Account Balance, or Edline Account Number?
Need to access Student or Parent Forms, or
register Transition Form Selections (in the spring
only), or update the Emergency Phone System contact
numbers?
Use the Student Manager System to view specific student information about your
child.
Simply fill in your assigned Student ID and your child's date of birth to
proceed. If you do not have an assigned Student ID for your child, please
contact your child's building.

enrollment or residence change forms, release or waiver forms, returning
student forms, transition requests, transporation forms, or volunteer/visitor
forms?

Please remember to report any changes in your contact information as soon as it
occurs. This includes address, home phone, work phone, cell phone, emergency
contact person, daycare providers, etc. Changes must be made by 3 p.m. on
August 11 to affect bus transportation in the first week of
school. Contact the office staff at your child's school to report changes.

Changes affecting your address, inclduing child custody changes, should be
reported to Jan Hill, Central Registrar at (513)-398-0474 ext. 20141.
The website provides information updated daily about your child's
transportation. Please check back right before school starts in case your bus
times have been adjusted. In the first few weeks of school, we ask your
patience as busses will run late due to extra precautions taken. Thank you for
