Mason High School sophomore Natasha Saputra won second prize in the 2015 International Piano and String Competition and
was once again chosen to perform at the Carnegie Hall, New York City.
She performed Franz Liszt's Rigoletto Concert Paraphrase piece. This is Natasha's sixth appearance at Carnegie Hall. She made her first debut when she was in fourth grade. Her favorite part of the whole experience was meeting other young performers from all over the world who shared the same passion in music.
Music has always been one of Natasha's favorite activities. She has learned the piano for 11 years and is currently taking piano lessons at UC CCM Prep. At school, Natasha is currently participating in Wind Symphony Band and the William Mason Marching Band and she is looking forward to march at the Rose Parade this coming New Year.
