Welcome to Mason City Schools’ One Stop Flyer Shop!

The Mason City School District welcomes the opportunity for non-profit organizations to share information about events and activities with students, providing the purpose of the organization complements the educational mission of Mason City Schools. To ensure the appropriateness of the material, the district may request the material be edited.

Process

• Complete the Flyer Request Form and submit it, and a copy of the material to be distributed, at least 10 days prior to the distribution date.

• Submit proof of your organization’s 501©(3) status. If your organization’s 501©(3) is on file, you do not need to resubmit the proof of non-profit status.

• Include the following disclaimer in 12-point bold on the bottom of your flyer:

“This event or activity is not sponsored by the Mason City School District”
